The problem with the land of the midnight sun is that babies still get tired while we want to enjoy our evening walk. 

Kaya refused to ride backyards in the front carrier but agreed with glee to be carried on her daddies shoulders.

 That way she could see the amazing sights off the coastal trail! 

We got to watch the firework for the 4th of July, which started at midnight. 

The next day we explored a different part of the coastal trail, this time with an umbrella stroller so she could face forward (with some rolled blankets to keep her upright) 

Then we had to fly home, getting in late but with our alarms set to get up early for our next adventure; Orcas island.
