We made it to Chicago despite five of us sharing three seats.
Alex and I, our lap baby (who stayed on our laps most of the time and spend the rest of the time sprint crawling up and down the isle), and a guy with his large lap dog.
We attempted to go to Brookfield zoo lights but didn’t realize the one week they don’t have it is this one… so we spent an hour seeing a few animals and wandering
We were more successful at going to the Nachusa grasslands, though that was cold! They have Bison there (behind a fence but there’s plenty of grasslands to explore before the fence) but we didn’t see any this time.
