We had flown into Salt Lake City for my conference, gone to as many national parks as we could with limited time off, then flew out of Las Vegas. 

With a few hours to get to the airport (after checking the time zones a couple times to make sure we had in fact gained an hour) we had time to stop for a buffet at the Belagio. 

Also with time to walk through the Belagio lobby, which is always changing its decorations. 

They have such incredibly intricate work and such creative ideas, and change it out monthly! Meaning also they use live plants as decorations.
