Low tide Saltwater Park

To access Saltwater park you drive down a road that google maps leads you to that almost just looks like a wide bike / foot path and leads you to a few parking lots. We parked in the one at the bottom and walked (careful to hold hands!) to the stairs and bridge to lead us above the train tracks to the beach.

These girls are best friends. At this age that means splashing in water alongside each other, stealing each others snacks (even when they’re the same thing), and yelling each others names a lot and saying “hi” a lot.

We didn’t make it on one of the low tide walks where a marine biologist is actually out there to answer questions, but we did our own exploring.
