After Pembine we drove to Door County.
A couple favorite stops were The Farm and a fish boil.
We also just randomly stopped in many small towns for gift shops, pastries, and meandering by the lake (that looks like an ocean!).
The fish boil (and buffet) was delicious and entertaining. A man who obviously had a good memory and passion for town history told a good story with pauses for us to see the huge amount of salt, potatoes, onions, and finally the white fish, get thrown into the pot.
I’m not putting town names because I couldn’t keep track of where we stopped but they were all cute places! And plenty of good views if you hiked a short distance.
The last couple nights we stayed in a cabin instead of the RV (pre-planned, since four adults and two kids in a small RV is fine but not 100% necessary).
The towns we went to may not have been flashy or the type of trip most dream about but I really liked it. Spending time together and exploring new areas is awesome whether you’re in Wisconsin or Singapore.
