For Mother’s Day we loaded the kayak and the kids up for the five minute drive to Haller Lake.

The lake was tiny but it was our first time with four in the Kayak (Kaya has her own little seat in Alex’s cockpit and Kaden was in my lap) so that was perfect.

Kaden fell asleep shortly into the trip so Kaya decided to help paddle (she tried for much longer than I thought she would! The independence gene runs strong in this one).

We slowly pooped around the lake a bunch of times, making sure to keep our distance from others.
